I am 32 yrs.My last menstrual piod was on February 6th.I normally have a cycle duration of 28 days/29 days.On March 4 I had a small red spotting.(Did not get my menses).Trie on home pregnancy kit which said negative.On 38th day(on March 15) I had severe cramp followed by bleeding.Wanted to know if its a miscarriage or a late period only.
