Pregnant Women in need of answers.

I am 38 wks pregnant and i have 3cms dilated and 60% effaced i have severe constipation i have a excess amount of amniotic fluid and i am very uncomfortable. I feel like the baby is sitting in my lap and i am very miserable . I wnat to ask the doctor to induce my labor would that be a good idea.
